Veterinarian

Dr. Cat Whitman is a dedicated veterinarian passionate about providing comprehensive care to her patients. As a child of the Air Force, she traveled extensively, cultivating a deep appreciation for diverse cultures and environments. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Central Florida and her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Auburn University. She has a strong interest in preventative medicine, client education, surgery, and emergency medicine. Dr. Whitman believes in building strong relationships with her clients and providing them with the information and tools they need to keep their pets healthy. In August 2023, Dr. Whitman moved to Maryville with her husband, son, and their beloved pets: three dogs, Baloo, Bridget, and Posey, and three cats, Sansa, Moose, and Binx. They recently welcomed their daughter to the family. When she’s not caring for animals, Dr. Whitman enjoys spending time with her family, doing DIY projects with her husband, spending time outdoors, nurturing her many houseplants, and tending to her aquarium.
